Daniel D'Ambrosio has vast experience in the emerging area of business and human rights.

He works with lawyers across practice areas to provide advice and training to boards, senior executives and in-house counsel as well as sustainability and other business professionals to identify and manage business and human rights risks across project development, investment planning, due diligence, compliance and supply chain processes. Daniel also supports clients to design effective grievance mechanisms and respond to human rights disputes.

His particular focus is ensuring clients meet stakeholders' expectations with respect to human rights in line with domestic and international standards like the UNGP and OECD Guidelines, whilst also navigating transnational legal, financial and reputational risks.
