Brexit
The close of the transition period on 31 December 2020 marked the end of the UK's participation in the European Union Customs Union and European Single Market, and the start of a seismic change in domestic law, with courts no longer bound by EU law or the EU Court of Justice.
Our Brexit webinar programme in 2022 will help you keep abreast of all the areas of law and practice that continue to be affected by it.
