Victoria is a Senior Knowledge Lawyer in the Capital Markets and Derivatives team at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, where she specialises on structured finance and derivatives. Victoria is responsible for the team’s know-how, training needs and the monitoring of legal and market developments in the structured finance and derivatives space.

Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, Victoria worked at a leading investment bank and at a magic circle firm where she advised on the entire spectrum of market-standard documentation and product types; complex collateral structures; OTC and exchange-traded derivatives; structured and securitised derivatives; and regulatory developments in the derivatives space.
