Stephanie leads BDO’s Employment Tax offering. Her particular area of expertise is managing employment cost and mitigating employment tax risk.

She has over 20 years specialist experience working with a variety of clients drawn from all industry sectors which range in size from large multinationals to OMBs. Their common trait is an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to succeed.

She is an experienced presenter/writer on employment tax matters. She also has hands on ‘in house’ experience which, in her opinion, provides a real commercial insight of the everyday issues, stresses and synergies between finance, tax and HR professionals.

Stephanie focuses across all aspects of employee remuneration and reward, including Salary Sacrifice/Optional Remuneration Arrangements, the Apprenticeship Levy, Off Payroll Labour and negotiating with HMRC on contentious interventions.
