Rachel advises on a wide range of employment law issues. She has spent her entire legal career with Lewis Silkin, from paralegal to trainee to associate.

She advises employers on the whole range of general employment issues (such as reviewing policies, advising on terminations and restructurings, and responding to tribunal claims).

She an experienced litigator. Rachel regularly assists clients with high value litigation, often involving complex and sensitive discrimination claims and sometimes involving cross-border issues. She also frequently advise clients on high court litigation matters, usually in relation to restrictive covenants, garden leave and confidential information. She has also acted for a client in a large scale arbitration.

She am also part of the Investigations and Regulatory group, with a focus on conducting investigations for clients in respect of serious allegations of wrongdoing.

Rachel's client base is broad, and includes various organisations across the professional and financial services sectors as well as law firms.
