Kathryn joined the firm in August 2016. Prior to this she worked at Stephensons LLP and spent a number of years at DWF.
Kathryn has experience in all aspects of insolvency but specialises in personal insolvency cases. These include both contentious and none contentious work and acting for insolvency practitioners, debtors and third parties affected by personal insolvency issues. Her cases involve matrimonial homes in bankruptcy, antecedent transactions, bankruptcy annulments and terms and conditions of individual voluntary arrangements.
