Janine is a member of our Banking and Financial Services Disputes team. She primarily acts for investors and borrowers against the major retail banks. She has substantial experience of disputes involving interest rate and credit derivatives, the misselling of investments, LIBOR fixing and complex property and development finance, including syndicated lending. Janine also has substantial experience of construction and insurance disputes and judicial review of public authority and regulatory decisions. Janine's work involves both litigation and arbitration and is often multi-jurisdictional. Her approach is a commercial one, providing robust representation and advice, taking into account both legal and commercial factors to work with clients to achieve the best possible outcome at proportionate cost.
