Jack joined Chambers as a tenant in 2005 following successful completion of his pupillage. He continues to develop his practice in all of Chambers’ key areas of expertise with ongoing experience of representing both claimants and defendants.

Jack has authored a number of recent articles on the Denied Boarding Regulations EC Reg 261/2004 and is a regular contributor to the TATLA newsletter.

Jack is also developing a strong practice in Occupational stress claims. He recently represented the successful defendant in the High Court in Bailey v Devon Partnership NHS Trust (2014).  He obtained a First Class Law Degree from Cambridge University and joined the Bar with a scholarship from the Middle Temple.
