Emma is a member of our Dispute Resolution group. She advises clients in complex, multi-jurisdictional commercial and financial litigation, as well as international corporate and regulatory investigations.
Emma joined Freshfields in 2011 and is a member of the firm's financial institutions disputes group. Emma specialises in contentious matters in the financial services sector, advising on litigation and enforcement matters. Emma has particular experience handling large scale multi-party disputes, including shareholder litigation and follow-on competition litigation.
Emma has also spent time on secondment to a major client in the banking sector.
