Emma Nash is a Partner at The International Family Law Group LLP.

Emma provides clients with advice and support in relation to a comprehensive range of family law issues including child maintenance, financial provision on divorce, and financial claims by cohabiting couples. She also specialises in private children matters with a particular emphasis on cross border issues such as international relocation, surrogacy, jurisdiction and enforcement.

Emma is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients and is a member of Resolution, a national organisation of family lawyers who are committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes in a non-confrontational way. She also holds ‘higher rights’ for advocacy and regularly represents clients at Court, including the High Court, on a range of matters and against opponents up to QC level.

Emma writes a blog which encourages debate on important family law issues. She has also had various articles published in the national and legal media and regularly in the press including television appearances for Sky News.
