Emma is a managing practice development lawyer in the Real Estate team. She is responsible for all aspects of real estate knowledge management, including training (both internal and external), research, creation of knowhow material (including articles, client briefings and legal updates) and thought leadership. A particular focus of Emma's role is the management of knowhow as a means of providing a value-added service for clients dealing with English and Welsh real estate.
