Elizabeth Kinsey

Solicitor

Anthony Gold Solicitors

Elizabeth joined Anthony Gold as a paralegal in March 2018 and started as a trainee solicitor in the Injury and Medical claims department in September 2018.

Having studied History at the University of York, Elizabeth went on to complete the GDL at the University of Law, Birmingham and the LPC at the University of Law, Bloomsbury in 2016. It was during the LPC that Elizabeth became interested in clinical negligence law. She secured an internship at a London Hospital Trust to gain practical experience alongside her studies and then worked as a paralegal on a claimant clinical negligence team at central London firm.

Elizabeth commenced her training contract at Anthony Gold in September 2018 under the supervision of Partner Jackie Spinks, assisting in complex and high-value Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims. Elizabeth recalls her training contract as hands on and full of opportunities to learn, to push herself and evolve as an accomplished legal advisor.

Elizabeth qualified as a solicitor into the Injury and Medical claims department a few weeks before the first COVID-19 lockdown in March 2020. Elizabeth now runs her own, varied fast-track and multi-track clinical negligence caseload and assists a Partner on catastrophic personal injury claims.
