Elisabeth is an associate in Penningtons Manches' commercial dispute resolution team in London. She advises on a range of domestic and international disputes including commercial contract disputes, banking disputes, financial mis-selling claims, and shareholder disputes.

She has a particular interest in the areas of defamation, privacy and data protection, and is a member of the reputation management team at Penningtons Manches which acts for a wide range of private individuals, companies and membership organisations on both the claimant and defendant side. She also focuses on disputes involving technology and is a member of the firm’s technology sector group. Before becoming a lawyer, she worked for a nuclear manufacturing firm preparing bids for UK and international government contracts.
