Dominic specialises in insolvency law and assists companies, individuals and insolvency practitioners pre and post insolvency. He advises insolvency practitioners on the realisation of assets, claims against directors for antecedent transactions and misfeasance.

He also advises on non-contentious insolvency matters including appointments, indemnities, duties and regulatory matters. In addition, he acts for companies and individuals facing insolvency issues and provides pragmatic advice to creditors owed money by companies in financial distress.

Dominic also has experience in commercial litigation and advises both private and corporate clients involved in commercial disputes in, for example, intellectual property, commercial contracts, guarantees and fraud.

He is also a member of our London litigation agency and Recruitment teams and provides specialist litigation and dispute resolution advice tailored to each sector.

Dominic has a keen interest in insolvency and restructuring and works hard to meet your objectives in a practical and efficient way. He understands the importance of turning what can be a complex and daunting process into an efficient, straightforward and cost effective outcome.

He takes time to understand your business needs and priorities and adopts an open approach to working with clients, keeping you regularly updated throughout, to the resolution of your dispute.

Dominic is a member of R3 and the Insolvency Practitioners Association and is currently studying towards the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency.
