He advises clients on national and international supply chain and procurement agreements. He was one of the eight expert authors of Incoterms 2010 rules – the international freight delivery terms. David is the global co-chair of the drafting group of Incoterms 2020.
David works with a wide range of clients such as Marks & Spencer, Jaguar Land Rover, Premier Foods, Tarmac and Transport for London.
