Clare is a Partner specialising in commercial law and is Head of Brexit Advisory. Clare advises on business critical projects ranging from contractual joint ventures, business outsourcings to wholesale contract portfolio reviews - often providing innovative solutions to complex problems. Having worked in-house, Clare has as an excellent appreciation of what drives legal functions and project teams, and is frequently called on to support clients throughout the strategy development and planning phases of a project. She works primarily on projects for clients in the manufacturing and infrastructure sectors or public sector clients or bidders.

Clare is working with our clients to help them plan and prepare for Brexit and to mitigate the impact it will have on their business. She has been instrumental in innovating the firms Brexit Contracting Solutions technology solution which focuses on helping clients understand their contract exposure, assess risk in the supply and chain and future-proof existing arrangements.
