Chris has extensive experience of advising Private Equity houses on public and private M&A and restructuring transactions across a broad range of sectors. Chris has also spent periods of time on secondment at Bridgepoint and Morgan Stanley, and in Linklaters’ Hong Kong office.
Transactions that Chris has advised on include significant transactions for The Carlyle Group, BC Partners, Pollen Street Capital, Global Infrastructure Partners, TDR Capital, PSP and Brait.
