Charlotte joined JMW in September 2018 as a Solicitor in the Employment department.

Charlotte has experience in advising SME’s and national companies in both contentious and non-contentious matters of Employment Law including:

Disciplinary and grievance issues, including unfair dismissal;
Redundancies;
Discrimination;
Employment contracts and handbooks; and
Settlement Agreements.

Charlotte has gained specific experience in the retail, hospitality and pharmaceutical sectors.

Charlotte graduated from Northumbria University after completing a law degree combined with the LPC.

Charlotte trained with MLP Law in Altrincham.

Charlotte is a qualified scuba diver and enjoys travelling.
