Cecily is a highly experienced engineering, procurement and construction lawyer, who has worked on both domestic and international projects. She has also spent time seconded into the legal department of a major international EPC contractor.

She works with ICE, IchemE, JCT NEC and FIDIC but much of what she does is on bespoke arrangements.She has advised on transactions across a wide range of sectors, but some of the matters on which she has been involved include waste to energy projects, gas storage and transportation projects, desalination plants, manufacturing facilities, hotel developments, regeneration schemes, high-end residential developments and office and retail schemes.  She also advises bidders and the public sector on adhering to requirements of the public procurement rules.
