Anna is a six-year qualified senior associate in the Employment, Pensions and Immigration team. She joined Clyde & Co in 2011 from another top 10 City firm having spent three years there. Anna has experience of advising on a comprehensive range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues, including contractual issues, executive terminations, disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancy programmes and restrictive covenants.

Anna has experience of all types of employment claims, including complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims in the Employment Tribunals and litigation in the High Court. She also has particular experience of providing support on the employment aspects of M&A transactions and managing and advising on TUPE issues.

Anna is fluent in Spanish and has spent six months working as an employment lawyer in Madrid. As a result, she has particular experience of coordinating international employment law advice, in particular in relation to TUPE.

Anna is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
