Anjana enjoyed a successful career in Human Resource Management working for large blue-chip organisations. Her love for working with people and supporting senior leadership teams in reorganisations helped her to realise her talent for facilitation and coaching in leadership skills, team relationships, confidence, and resilience. After gaining over 20 years of experience in the corporate world both nationally and internationally she decided to pursue her passion for coaching and organisational development more fully and in 2008 set up on her own company Power2Progress and has never looked back.

Anjana has since worked with various organisations/ teams and individuals to develop their leadership confidence, and trusted team partnerships at senior levels. From her work with multinationals, Anjana brings commercial know how as well as highly developed emotional intelligence to help individuals and teams alike to bring their best selves to work and accelerate performance. She has a motivational infectious communication approach. An engaging empathetic style which holds an audience’s attention, creating a fun permission giving yet challenging learning environment that builds trust at speed.
