Alex Knowles-Smith is an associate in the Pensions practice of the London office. He advises trustees on a broad range of issues in connection with both DB and DC arrangements and also regularly assists on the pensions aspects of corporate transactions. In addition to his day-to-day pensions advice, Alex has been involved in various projects including scheme mergers, buy-out and winding up projects, complex litigation claims and regulatory proceedings.

Alex joined Mayer Brown in 2022.
