Step 1
White-list the following server subnet which delivers the webinar content:

217.20.38.192/26

White list the following domains:

*.lexisauditorium.co.uk and .com
*.scarlettec.com
*.lexiswebinars.co.uk and .com

Step 2
Allow HTTP streaming protocol over port 80

Step 3
Check that Java is enabled

Step 4
Check that Adobe Flash 9 or higher is installed

Step 5
Check that O/S is XP, Vista or Win 7

Step 6
Check that Windows Media Player 9 or above is installed

Step 7
Check that you are using IE browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer)

Proxy servers
Check if a proxy server is used for internet access on the client PC being used, and if so configure the proxy server to allow http streaming over port 80, or set up the client PC to access the internet avoiding the proxy server.
