Rebecca is an Associate Director in our real estate disputes and risk team in London. She acts for a variety of clients in the Real Estate & Infrastructure sector, with a particular specialism in residential and mixed-use property and a focus on assets in the Living sector.

Rebecca advises investors, developers, build-to-rent operators and student accommodation providers on complex issues affecting their residential and mixed-use property portfolios, including rights to light issues. She advises on all aspects of residential landlord and tenant law, such as leasehold enfranchisement, tenants’ rights of first refusal, service charge disputes as well as mixed-use asset management issues. She also assists operators with the streamlining of their leasing and resident management processes.

Working closely with Osborne Clarke's Construction and Regulatory Disputes teams, Rebecca provides comprehensive advice to developers and investors on the rapidly evolving regulations relating to fire and building safety. In addition, she provides a "triaging" service to developers and building owners to help them:

  • understand their risk exposure;
  • devise a strategy to implement any necessary changes; and
  • manage relations with leaseholders and relevant authorities.

Rebecca is a member of the UK Apartment Association, Property Litigation Association and Women in Property.
