John specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing, landlord & tenant, mortgage & home finance matters, lease extensions/enfranchisement, transfers of equity, and property matters such as LPA Receivership and Mortgagee in Possession work. He also has experience in Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection work.
John qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive and Licensed Conveyancer in 1987. He is also a Licensed Probate Practitioner. He holds a Diploma in Land Registration Practice & Procedure (with Commendation) from HM Land Registry/College of Law.
He is a former professional member of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers, having served on the Council from 2009 to 2017.
He currently sits as a professional member of the Appeals Panel of CILEx Regulation.
