Jennifer Brennan has more than 10 years' experience advising the full range of stakeholders across the capital structure on restructuring and finance transactions. She has advised alternative capital providers, including hedge funds, asset managers and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, corporates and banks, on numerous high-profile M&A and leveraged buyout financings and refinancings, debt restructurings and special situations and fund investments.

Jennifer is particularly focused on managing large-scale, multi-jurisdictional transactions and matters requiring the navigation of diverse stakeholder interests to achieve commercial solutions.

Prior to joining Sidley in 2017, Jennifer practiced finance and restructuring law in the London, Hong Kong and Tokyo offices of another international law firm.
