Gavin has more than 25 years' experience in advising in the business restructuring and insolvency sector, acting for banks, asset based lenders, insolvency officeholders and companies. He is also a licensed insolvency practitioner since 1997.

Gavin's practice focuses on acting for banks, asset-based and other secured lenders, as well as accountants specialising in corporate recovery and restructuring work - including, advising in relation to business and asset transactions.

Gavin has particular expertise in distressed law practices, professional and financial services firms, retail administrations and advising private equity and corporate finance stakeholders.

Gavin attended the University of Sheffield and then went on to complete his Law Society Finals in 1990. Gavin completed his JIEB insolvency practitioner examination in 1997 and has held an IP license since.
