Anoushka specialises in criminal litigation with an emphasis on business crime.

Prior to joining BCL, she gained experience at a leading public law practice in London before completing her training at a large multi-practice firm in Manchester, focusing on business crime and regulation.

Anoushka has assisted in defending clients in relation to charges ranging from multi-handed murders to complex fraud, including missing trader fraud, counterfeiting and benefit fraud, as well as advising on restraint/confiscation and a range of regulatory matters.

She studied law at the London School of Economics and Political Science before going on to attain a Masters' Degree (LLM) on scholarship with distinction and then completing her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London. She also received a 'Highly Commended' award at the Law Society's Manchester Legal Awards. 

Anoushka is a member of the Law Society and the Young Fraud Lawyers' Association.
