As a senior lawyer with over 20 years’ experience working in the media entertainment sector Trish has developed an in-depth knowledge of legal operations and media law gained in a global business context. In her last corporate role at NBCUniversal she set up the company’s International Legal Operations function and had management responsibility for its corporate commercial divisions and International strategy and budget.  She is now working as a Legal Operations Consultant for Lawyers on Demand and running her own Career and Leadership Coaching practice.

Trish is passionate about diversity and equality in the workplace and has chaired various committees in her in-house roles as well as setting up mentoring and internship schemes and providing workshops and training opportunities through her coaching practice.

A qualified solicitor Trish is admitted to the Roll of the Law Society England and Wales and Law Society of Ireland and studied social sciences in her native South Africa. Whilst travelling in Europe she met her husband and settled in the UK where they now live with their teenage children and two dogs. Trish enjoys exploring her personal creativity through sugar craft work and glass fusion projects.
