Tim is a corporate international tax partner, based in BDO’s London office. He has over 25 years of wide-ranging tax experience. Before joining BDO LLP in 2008, Tim worked for other major accountancy firms as well as spending several years working in industry as the head of tax at a global technology company. Relevant experience; Tim enjoys helping clients to devise and implement pragmatic, commercial tax strategies which fit their business needs as they expand internationally. He has significant experience of international mergers and acquisitions, tax compliance and dealing with tax authority challenges. Tim has a particular interest in taxation of software and other intellectual property. He specialises in working with online gaming, technology and similar international businesses.
