Kenneth C. Moore is chair of the Squire Patton Boggs Ethics Committee. For more than 20 years he has spent a substantial proportion of his time in the field of professional ethics, advising clients – including other law firms − on legal ethics and governance issues and counseling our lawyers around the globe. Ken co-authored, with senior attorney Steven A. Delchin and ICF International’s Mollie Roy, “A Closer Look at Confidentiality and Privilege When Doing Business Abroad,” published in the January/February 2014 issue of the Association of Corporate Counsels’ ACC Docket.

For more than 40 years Ken has practiced in the fields of environmental law and commercial litigation, starting with the conclusion of his clerkship for US Circuit Judge Harrison L. Winter on the Fourth Circuit. Ken has handled trial and appellate cases in federal and state courts. His environmental practice has encompassed counseling, litigation and the negotiation and drafting of extensive consent orders. He has appeared before state environmental authorities and the US Environmental Protection Agency in a variety of administrative proceedings.

Once again, this year Ken has been named in Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Law and The Best Lawyers in America (30 years). Ken is a member of the American, Ohio State, Cleveland Metropolitan and Federal Bar Associations. He is a current member and past chair of the Hiram College Board of Trustees and the past Chair and a Trustee Emeritus of the Board of Trustees of Laurel School.
