Simon is a Senior Associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency team. He specialises in all aspects of complex restructuring situations, focusing on businesses in financial difficulty and formal insolvency, acting for financial institutions, funds, boards of directors, distressed corporates and insolvency practitioners.

Simon has particular experience in relation to real estate restructurings, leveraged finance restructurings (including in relation to SS/unitranche structures), security enforcements, administration/receivership disposals, CVAs, distressed debt trading and financings in the football sector. Simon has also undertaken a 10 month secondment to the Global Corporate Business Support Unit at Lloyds Bank plc which included 7 months as a relationship manager, overseeing a portfolio of borrowers undergoing various stages of restructurings.
