Selina joined Edwin Coe as an Associate in the Intellectual Property team in April 2018. She specialises in non-contentious intellectual property and commercial matters, with a focus on technology, software and data protection.

Selina has a wealth of experience advising clients on data protection and privacy related matters, including advising on compliance with data protection law in the UK and across the EU, including the GDPR; direct marketing campaigns; cookies and the challenges posed by the amended e-Privacy Directive; and international data transfers. Selina takes a sophisticated approach to risk management, working with her clients to develop comprehensive information governance strategies that manage risk throughout the data lifecycle and champions good data handling practices.

Selina completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice at Oxford University in 2014.
