Sarah has considerable experience advising clients on the full range of employment matters. For example, she regularly appears in and advises clients on Employment Tribunal matters, particularly in the areas of discrimination and whistleblowing, and in respect of bonus claims. She also has significant experience advising on complex disciplinary and grievance matters, negotiating and drafting contracts of employment, and handling significant corporate transactions. Sarah is also a regular contributor to employment journals such as Practical Law, and is frequently quoted in the press. Prior to working at Allen & Overy, Sarah spent two years as an in-house employment lawyer where she developed a practical and commercial approach to problem solving in a unionised workforce.
