With over 25 years' experience in the highly regulated professional practices sector, Samantha advises on ethics and professional conduct.
Providing formal regulatory training, guidance and support to professional practices, Sam undertakes independent investigations and formal regulatory reporting.
Acting on behalf of professionals, their lenders and other advisors, she also advises on regulatory mapping, business structure planning and providing specialist regulatory support for SRA investigations.
Working in house with the SRA from April 2012 until April 2015, she headed up the Regulatory Management team leading the team that supervised the Top 200 law firms together with the SRA’s Financial Stability Programme.
Sam has been closely involved with all the largest firms facing financial challenge and also takes formal Solicitor Manager appointments for law firm administrations, supporting the firms and Office Holders with all regulatory matters.
Recent appointments include Ince, KWM, Roberts Jackson, Child & Child and Cubism.
