Ottilia is an associate in the Finance, Funds and Regulatory team at Fladgate specialising in financial regulation, banking and finance.
She works with a range of investment, financial services firms, banks and lenders advising on regulatory matters. She has also recently worked on a number of real estate financing transactions, several of which were in the student accommodation sector.
She has been with Fladgate since October 2019. Prior to joining the firm, she completed an LLM in Public International Law in the Netherlands and practiced at a magic circle law firm in London and Paris.
She is a keen member of the firm’s CSR team with a particular interest in mentoring. In her spare time, she enjoys climbing and hiking.
