Oliver is an associate in our Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group based in our Birmingham office. He advises corporates, not-for-profits, charities, banks, insolvency practitioners and other key stakeholders in all aspects of restructuring and insolvency law, both contentious and non-contentious.
Oliver has experience in insolvent transactions, restructuring, security reviews and a range of contentious matters.
Oliver has been listed as a recommended lawyers in The Legal 500 UK for the last four years, as someone who conducts work in a “timely manner” (2015) and showing “knowledge in depth” (2014). He is recognised as a Next Generation Lawyer in the 2017 edition.
In 2011, Oliver obtained his Certificate in Practical Insolvency (CPI).
