Nick is a specialist in international arbitration and commercial litigation. Nick advises clients in international disputes across a variety of industry sectors including natural resources, aviation, financial services and telecommunications.

Nick acts for clients in arbitrations under institutional rules, including under the rules of the LCIA, ICC, SCC, as well as in ad hoc proceedings. He also has extensive experience in conducting proceedings before the English High Court and has represented clients in several of the most significant commercial cases to come before the English courts.  He regularly advises on early relief including injunctions, freezing orders and early disclosure orders.

Nick often advises on shareholder activities, joint venture disputes, disputes arising out of complex financing arrangements and fraud and asset tracing claims.

Nick has been involved in cases across Eastern Europe and Central Asia, as well as in off-shore jurisdictions such as the BVI and Cayman Islands.
