Acted for CP/CPS (the DBFO Co) in connection with its High Court dispute with Highways England in relation to the payment mechanism under the DBFO Contract.

Acted for Carillion Construction on its High Court claim against Bluefin for negligent brokerage services under the assignment of an insurance brokerage contract in connection with an Intermediate Care Facility in Oldham.

Acted for Kier Construction in a High Court claim by the Dorchester Hotel of breach of a bespoke contract for the construction of a hotel, 45 Park Lane.

Acted for ISg in its dispute with Seevic College in connection with the college's liability to pay the full amount of an interim application following the College's failure to serve a valid payment/payless notice.

Acted for Beresford & Curbishley in its successful defence of a part 8 proceeding brought against it by Hillcrest Homes. The Court held that Beresford & Curbishley was not obliged to enter into a novation agreement with Hillcrest Homes' appointed structural engineers.
