Mark spent over 15 years in Hong Kong where he was head of Herbert Smith Freehill's Asian construction and arbitration practices.

Mark's clients include public and private owners, financiers, contractors and sub-contractors, engineers and other construction professionals with major projects across numerous jurisdictions including in Europe, the US, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

Mark has been involved in projects relating to a range of residential and commercial developments, hotels, airports, roads, bridges, dams, tunnels, light rail systems, water diversion and treatment schemes, piling and geotechnical matters, power stations, container terminals, sea outfalls and dredging.
