Luca advises U.S. and international financial institutions on bank and financial regulatory issues, including global resolution planning, capital and liquidity frameworks, and total loss absorbing capacity.

Luca joined the firm in 2017. He was resident in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office from 2017 to 2018. Before joining Cleary, he clerked at the European Central Bank and the Bank of Italy.
