Kavish Shah joined Chambers in January 2021 after successfully completing pupillage. During pupillage Kavish was supervised by Tamsin Cox, Elizabeth Fitzgerald, Kester Lees, Stephanie Tozer QC and Cecily Crampin.
As a pupil, he gained experience of the full range of Chambers’ work, working on cases concerning, amongst other areas: landlord and tenant disputes, telecoms (primarily operator), restrictive covenants, easements, nuisance, receivership and adverse possession.
Kavish recently appeared in the High Court, led by Paul Letman, in a case involving an account of rent, management fees, and an occupational charge.
Kavish accepts instructions in all areas of real property and landlord and tenant law.
