Julie has extensive experience of advising both UK-based and international clients on a wide range of private client work, including pre-UK immigration tax-planning, lifetime gifting from UK and offshore structures, the creation and administration of UK and offshore trusts, Wills, family constitutions, probate, corporate tax-planning vehicles, lasting powers of attorney and deputyships. Her practice often involves providing an overview of US estate-planning issues and co-ordinating advice and implementation work with US attorneys and accountants for clients within scope of US federal or state taxes.

Her experience both in private practice and for the largest family office in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region enables her to deliver practical, proactive and comprehensive advice to clients in line with their objectives for family governance and the tax-efficient transfer of intergenerational wealth.
