Jenny is a senior tax manager with a broad range of experience on corporation tax matters with a particular interest in international aspects. She advises a varied corporate client base, covering all aspects of corporate tax including R&D, transfer pricing and cross border tax issues, as well as providing due diligence tax support to the Corporate Finance teams.

Jenny is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser and has recently passed the ADIT Principles of International Taxation paper. Jenny joined Hazlewoods a year ago from a big four firm where she specialised in transfer pricing and international tax. Prior to this, Jenny worked as an in-house EMEA tax advisor for a US owned multinational firm.
