James Allsop is a senior associate and solicitor advocate with over 10 years' experience in a wide range of commercial disputes in the High Court and Appellate Courts, as well as international arbitration and mediation. He is a leading member of HSF's Connected and Autonomous Vehicles Group.

James advises across various industries, but has a particular interest in the consumer products, automotive and telecommunications sectors.  He has acted for a variety of international companies across Europe, the Middle East and Asia often advising on high value matters including multi-party and multi-jurisdictional commercial contract disputes, fraud, negligence, breach of directors' duties, cross border insolvency and restructuring. Currently based in London, James also spent over three years in HSF's Tokyo office.
