Irene has a background of 30 years with Police Scotland across a number of specialist departments and retired as a Chief Inspector in 2018. One of her last roles with Police Scotland was implementing GDPR across the recruitment function.

In addition to being the Director of Training at OSP, Irene is also a Data Protection Officer and provides organisations with consultancy, education and training programmes.
