Gill studied law at Oxford University and subsequently gained significant experience of proceedings in the High Court, Court of Appeal and European Court of Justice as a practising IP litigator, with a particular focus on trade marks and other ‘soft’ IP. In her current professional support role, Gill has responsibility for a wide range of practice development activities in the brand protection space. She leads the team's profile raising activities, including authoring thought leadership articles and contributing content and comment for external publications and client bulletins. Gill is responsible for the generation, collection and maintenance of knowhow, keeps the team up to date on important legal developments, and designs and delivers training both internally and to clients.
