Georgina specialises in advising clients on contentious property issues in both the commercial and residential spheres.

In respect of commercial disputes, she has experience in business tenancy renewals and property related insolvency matters Georgina also frequently advises on and acts in respect of disputes arising out of the Electronic Communications Code. In the residential space, she deals with various litigious landlord and tenant matters, ranging from service charge disputes to injunction and possession proceedings. Georgina advises on other real property issues and has acted for clients in Court proceedings relating to easements and trespass, as well as claims for misrepresentation in pre-contract enquiries.

Georgina is the former chair of the Junior Property Litigation Association and sits on the Commercial Property Forum Committee of the Cambridge University Land Society. She also summarises cases on easements for the Property Law UK Website.
