Gabriel is a solicitor based at Streathers Highgate office. He joined Streathers as a trainee and now has a broad practice which encompasses private client and commercial matters.
Gabriel’s expertise extends across a range of areas such as probate and trusts matters (both contentious and non-contentious), frequently involving an overseas element. He specialises in often highly complex cases and represents claimants and defendants in proceedings under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 as well as in disputes involving contested wills, property and the administration of estates.
Gabriel recently had a number of successes in insolvency/bona vacantia cases involving disclaimer, vesting orders and escheat.
