In particular, his non-contentious experience includes drafting commercial agreements including licensing arrangements, consultancy agreements and complex collaboration agreements.
Prior to joining Potter Clarkson in April 2018, Dave trained and qualified at a leading national law firm before spending a year in-house with MyUnidays Ltd - the world’s largest student affinity network – and was responsible for managing its IP portfolio, assisting with its international expansion across 83 countries, including IP clearance and dealing with early stage disputes, and Advertising Standards Agency complaints work.
